KUUSAMO, Finland (AP) — Norway's Therese Johaug was in a class of her own, winning the women's 10-kilometer classic pursuit Sunday in 27 minutes and 22.3 seconds

Sweden's Stina Nilsson was second, 22.6 seconds behind, and Ingvild Flugstad Ostberg of Norway took the final podium place in third, 32.4 seconds behind.

HAMBURG, Germany (AP) — Voters in Hamburg are going to the polls in a referendum on the German port city's candidacy to host the 2024 Olympics.

About 1.3 million people in Hamburg and the nearby port city of Kiel, where sailing events would be held, are eligible to have their say at voting stations opened since 8 a.m. local time on Sunday.

NEW DELHI (AP) — The tens of thousands of people who participated in Sunday's half marathon in India's capital had more than just running 21 kilometers (13 miles) through New Delhi's streets on a misty, chilly morning to deal with. They also had to overcome the city's unparalleled air pollution.
