GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) — Relief pitcher Mike Adams and the Los Angeles Dodgers have agreed to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training.

Adams was 2-1 with a 2.89 ERA in 22 games last season with the Philadelphia Phillies, who declined his $6 million club option for 2015. The right-hander missed extensive time with a shoulder injury, but struck out 21 in 18 2-3 innings.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) — Nick Bonino, Radim Vrbata and Chris Higgins scored in the shootout as the Vancouver Canucks recovered from blowing a three-goal lead for a 6-5 win over the St. Louis Blues on Sunday night.

BOULDER, Colo. (AP) — Askia Booker scored 29 points, his most ever at the Coors Events Center, leading Colorado past Arizona State 87-81 Sunday night in his final home game.

DALLAS (AP) — Clayton Stoner scored the go-ahead goal in the third period with his first of the season, and the Anaheim Ducks beat the Dallas Stars 3-1 on Sunday night.

Stoner, who hadn't scored in his first 54 games, put a slap shot from the left point between the legs of Dallas' Jhonas Enroth. The goal was unassisted.

PARK CITY, Utah (AP) — Kelly Clark won the snowboard halfpipe in the U.S. Grand Prix on Sunday for her second FIS World Cup victory of the season, easily beating 18-year-old American teammate Arielle Gold.

The 31-year-old Clark, from West Dover, Vermont, had a 94.50-point run. She also won the overall Sprint U.S. Grand Prix tour title.
