WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. (AP) — NASCAR driver Denny Hamlin is heading to southern West Virginia to help out after deadly floods ravaged the region.

MOSCOW (AP) — The Olympic team of Belarus has branded the athletes' village in Rio de Janeiro unsanitary, a day after Australia refused to check its athletes in over health concerns.

JERUSALEM (AP) — Israeli police say they have arrested dozens of members of an extremist soccer fans' group.

Police spokeswoman Luba Samri said on Tuesday that 56 suspected members of the "La Familia" group of Beitar Jerusalem fans were arrested in an overnight raid.
