GREENSBURG, Pa. (AP) — A youth football player's father has pleaded guilty to threatening officials from a Pennsylvania youth football league, prompting the cancellation of its season.

MOSCOW (AP) — The All-Russia Athletic Federation says two-time Olympic pole vault champion Yelena Isinbayeva has applied to the IAAF for permission to compete in the Rio de Janeiro Games.

FLINT, Mich. (AP) — Prosecutors want a judge to seal some court records in a sexual assault case involving former Michigan State basketball star Mateen Cleaves after his accuser's name was made public this week in a court filing.
