Eloise June Spring (August 21, 1928 – September 7, 2014)

ZANESVILLE
Eloise June Spring, 86, of Zanesville, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday September 7, 2014 at her home. She was born August 21, 1928 in Elizabeth, WV, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Eula Mae Stallman Garretson. She was a faithful member of the Anchor Church for 66 years and worked for Dr. Hazel Butterfield in her home and office for many years.
Eloise is survived by one son, Robert Paul Spring of Zanesville; two daughters Sandy Maxwell of Byesville and Marcia Hardesty of Macon, GA; one brother Larry Garrettson of Zanesville; 6 sisters Delma Smith, Jean Nicholas, Patty Munyun, Shirley Smith, Janice Filkins and Lois Taber; 8 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Paul J. Spring who passed away April 21, 1999; one daughter Carol Ickes on April 9, 2005; sister Betty Lou Garretson and 3 great grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held 2-4 and 6-8 on Wednesday September 10, 2014 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD ZANESVILLE, and one hour prior to funeral services at 11am on Thursday September 11, 2014, at the Anchor Church, 1365 Chamberlin Street Zanesville, with Pastor Aaron Bounds officiating. Burial will follow in Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
