Hilda Marie Edwards Halley (February 15, 1932 – April 28, 2014)

Hilda Marie Edwards Halley, 82 of Zanesville passed away on Monday April 28, 2014 at her residence.

She was born in South Zanesville on February 15, 1932 to the late Arthur A. and Lillian G. Derwacter Dunkle. She was employed by the Zanesville Country Club for 46 years. She was a member of Mt. Sterling United Methodist Church, VFW, American Legion, and The Moose Lodge.
She is survived by five sons: Randy Edwards, Rodney (Debbie) Edwards, Rolland Edwards, Ronald “Louie” (Annette) Edwards, Robbie (Tammy) Edwards. Four daughters: Gina (Ronald) Dovenbarger, Joni (Steve) Knaup, Judi (Garry) Ickes, and Jody (Jeff) Hedges. A brother James Dunkle, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren including two granddaughters that provided special care Terri Martin and Wendi Gadd. A step son Jerry (Becky) Halley, two step daughters Charmine (Paul) Darbutt and Jody (Randy) Wilson.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John Halley, a daughter Kelly Hutchins , a brother Edward Dunkle, and a step son Shane Halley.
Visitation will be 4-7 Thursday May 1 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD ZANESVILLE where services will follow at 7pm with Pastor Chuck Norris officiating.
