JoAnn paul (October 7, 1925 – April 27, 2014)
JoAnn Paul of Zanesville, Ohio peacefully passed away Sunday, April 27, 2014. She was born the eldest of 11 children to the late John J. and Josephine Spicer Andrews.
She enjoyed gardening, playing cards, cooking and hosting parties for family & friends. She loved to travel and go dancing with her husband. She was a people person and would graciously and generously help anyone in need.
She is survived by her loving husband, Joseph W. Paul, son, Jeff (April), daughter, Jennifer (Kirby) Bushong, grandchildren, Sarah and Carlee Paul, Cameron Bushong, sisters, Dorothy Andrews and Rita (Marvin) Walker, brothers Ray (Joanne), Dave, Mike (Priscilla), sister-in-laws, Sally (Dick) Andrews, Dee (Robert) Andrews, Iris (Paul) Andrews, friend Evelyn Andrews and many nieces and nephews.
JoAnn will be deeply missed by family and friends. There will be no calling hours. To celebrate her life, a mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Nicholas Church, 1925 Main Street, Zanesville, Ohio. Immediately following the mass there will be an informal procession to Mount Olive Cemetery for a burial service.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a charity of choice or a mass said on her behalf.
