Mansor Azar Nader, 92 of Zanesville died Monday, August 04, 2014 at his home following a short illness.
He was born November 24, 1921 in Zanesville, Ohio the son of Azar J. Nader and Mary (Rossi) Nader.
Mansor was a member of St. Thomas Church & was a lieutenant in the United States Air Force during World War ll. He, along with his brothers owned & operated A.J. Nader Clothing Store in downtown Zanesville for many years. Mansor enjoyed playing cards with his friends and visiting with everyone at Mid-Ohio Title Agency, Zeller and Barclay Law Office, and the Muskingum County Courthouse.
He is survived by one brother, Joseph Nader of Zanesville and two Nephews, Mark Nader of Zanesville and Andy (Colleen) Nader of Nashport and a sister Evelyn Winters of Zanesville. Mansor was preceded in death by his parents, as well as, three brothers: Phillip Nader, Albert Nader, and John Nader and two sisters: Sadie Corry and Emeline Wine.
Friends may call 6 to 8pm on Friday, August 08, 2014 at the Bryan & Snider Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am on Saturday, August 09, 2014 at the St. Thomas Catholic Church with Fr. Peter Fegan, O.P. as celebrant. Burial with Military Honors conducted by the United States Air Force & by the local VFW will conclude at the Mt. Olive Cemetery, East Pike, Zanesville.
