Mildred A. Young (January 16, 1920 – November 2, 2014)

Mildred A. Young, 94, died at 1:10 A.M. on Sunday, November 02, 2014 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born January 16, 1920 in Zanesville, a daughter of the late George and Ruth Reed Butts. Mildred was a member of the Central Trinity United Methodist Church.

Surviving are a daughter, Phyllis Bradshaw of Zanesville; a son, Dan (Kathy) Young of Zanesville; eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; two step great grandchildren; eight great great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Raymond E. Young, who died on December 27, 1999; a grandson, Douglas Bradshaw; two infant brothers; and a son-in-law, William Bradshaw.

Friends and family may call from 4-8 P.M. on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE and one hour prior to the funeral service which will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 5, 2014. Mildred will be laid to rest next to her husband, Raymond at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
