Pamela Gail Fuller 56 of Zanesville passed away on Saturday October 4, 2014 at her residence.
She was born in Columbus, Ohio on June 5, 1958 to Howard and Patricia Wilson Umbleby. She was formerly employed by Bethesda Hospital.
She is survived by her father, her daughter Amanda G. Umbleby, a brother Bruce Umbleby, and a grandson.
