There was a one-car accident on State Route 16 near the overpass of State Route 60 today around noon, involving a military vehicle. Muskingum Co. Emergency Management Agency, Deputy Director Jeff Jadwin tells us that there was about 50-70 gallons of diesel spilled.
According to Zanesville State Patrol, there were only minor injuries.

The Cambridge Police Department said the crash took place just before 5 a.m. Sunday. According to the police report Shannon Dubois was driving his vehicle when he failed to slow for the turn on South 9th Street and Carlisle Avenue.

One woman is sent to the hospital after her vehicle overturned Wednesday.
It happened just after noon on Chandlersville road, near Three Towers road in Muskingum County. According to Sgt. Clark Felix of the State Highway Patrol, a woman driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee was headed westbound on Chandlersville road, when she swerved off the left side of the road, struck two trees, and overturned in a field.
