The 2-1-1 Call Center's mission is to connect agencies with those in need.

This winter the organization and community helped close to 70 children have a merry Christmas. These kids either didn't meet the criteria for other programs or their families were in need.

The workers at the Southeast Ohio 211 Call Center spent June with a telephone glued to their ear.

The 211 information call service in Southeast Ohio is becoming a major success month by month.

Some local residents are in need this holiday season and one organization is hoping to help.

A year has passed and the united way is celebrating the success of their Southeast Ohio Call Center.

The program launched on June 25, 2009. The 2-1-1 call center is available 24/7 and their goal is to provide information to members of the community on how they can receive various kinds of help. In a years' time, they have had a big impact on the community.
