Ohio Governor John Kasich was involved in what his spokesman described as a minor, four-vehicle fender bender just outside of downtown Columbus.

Kasich spokesman Rob Nichols said the governor was not injured, but his doctor was going to examine him to be sure. Kasich's staff, a JobsOhio employee and the state trooper driving the vehicle were also not hurt.

State Route 60 was shut down for almost an hour-and-a-half Thursday night following a crash shortly after 7 p.m

The accident occurred in Wayne Township between Lawhead Lane and Pauls Lane.

A rollover accident sent one woman to the hospital late Thursday afternoon.

Sergeant Chris Phipps of the Zanesville Police Department said police were called to the intersection of Brighton Boulevard and Crown Street, where a woman driving a Saturn car over-corrected, and struck a tree, causing the car to flip over and land behind a house.

Dozens of people gathered and watched as police investigated the unusual scene.

A man was taken by Med Flight to a Columbus hospital following a motorcycle crash Wednesday night in Harrison Township.

The accident occurred just after 8 p.m. in the 7200-block of Old River Road.

According to State Highway Patrol Trooper Adam McKenzie, 60-year-old Roger Bobo was traveling northbound on Old River when he went off the right side of the road, over an embankment and was ejected from the motorcycle.

 An injury accident has shut down a roadway in Licking County.

The State Highway Patrol said the accident occurred around 7:00a.m. Thursday morning on State Route 37 and Beaver Run Road. 

State Route 37 is now closed between Beaver Run and Refugee Road. The Patrol said they are unsure when the roadway will reopen.

Wet roads may have been the cause of an injury accident Thursday evening.

According to Patrolman Kyle Brookover, a black car was rear-ended by a blue Dodge pickup truck while waiting at the light on Adair avenue and Linden road in Zanesville-- both cars were eastbound.

Brookover says the rainy weather may have been a factor in the accident, but at this time they aren't completely sure. The driver of the black vehicle was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital with minor injuries...

The Zanesville Police Department is investigating an accident that sent two people to the hospital.

Sergeant Chris Phipps said it happened around 5:45 PM near the intersection of Moxahala Avenue and Pierce Street.  He said a Ford Edge and a Chevy Venture collided. 

The Edge then struck a pole, while the Venture came to a stop further down Pierce Street.  Phipps said both drivers were taken to Good Samaritan Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

 A crash on State Route 60 Tuesday afternoon sent six people to the hospital.

According to Trooper Adam McKenzie with the Zanesville Post of the State Highway Patrol, Michelle Graves of Dresden was traveling northbound on State Route 60 just inside the Coshocton County line when her pick-up truck went left-of-center. Graves struck a southbound vehicle driven by Tiffany Rhoades of Warsaw. Rhoades, Graves and four passengers in Graves' truck were taken to Good Samaritan...

Heath Police respond to an accident with injuries early Wednesday morning. Police said that minutes after 1a.m., 46-year-old Timothy Nethers of Newark was traveling north on Franklin Drive when he failed to yield at a stop sign and struck a vehicle by Leigh Ault which was traveling west on Hopewell Drive.

Both drivers were taken to Licking Memorial Hospital with unknown injuries that were not believed to be life threatening. Alcohol is suspected but the investigation continues at this...

An accident Monday evening in Zanesville sends a vehicle flipping over an embankment, just missing the railroad tracks below.

According to State Highway Patrol Trooper Jeff Fowler it happened at about 7 o'clock when a Jeep driven by 47 year-old Tina Tucker of Dresden failed to stop at the intersection of Military Road and Linden Avenue. 34 year-old Christopher Crook of Zanesville was driving north on Linden Avenue when he was forced to swerve, causing him to topple over the embankment...
