US 36 in Coshocton County is finally open after a crash involving two semi trucks.

It happened around 11:45 a.m. in front of Walmart, near Airport Road.

Deputy Charlie George says both semi trucks were traveling west. He says Hank Williams failed to see slowed traffic ahead and attempted to serve to the left. A Zanesville woman is charged in connection with a hit and skip accident last week at the intersection of Pine Street and Prospect Avenue.

The Zanesville Police Department says 24-year-old Kristen Frank was driving north on Pine Street with her three kids, ages six, three, and two, when she struck an 11-year-old boy who was crossing the road on his bike.

A Genesis Good Samaritan employee is taken to the hospital after a one car accident.

It happened around 7:15 p.m.

Lieutenant Tony Coury says Brandon Kennedy was attempting to turn out of a Genesis Good Samaritan parking lot when he began suffering from a medical condition. He says the car proceeded to cross Hazel Avenue, bust through two fences, and pass through two Laurel Avenue backyards before coming to a rest.

Three people are sent to Good Samaritan Hospital after a two car accident in Zanesville.

It happened around five p.m. at the intersection of Dresden Road and Broadview Avenue.

State Trooper Stephen Williams says the blue van was traveling south on Dresden Road and attempting to make a left hand turn onto Broadview Avenue, when it struck a red motorcycle that was traveling north.

The driver and passenger on the motorcycle along with an individual from the van were all taken...

A 17-year-old is in serious condition after an accident along State Route 93 early this morning.

The Coshocton County Sheriff's Office says it received a call around 1:15 a.m. of a one vehicle accident in Lafayette Township on a bridge over the Tuscarawas River, but no one appeared to be in the car. Upon arrival, deputies say they found Dakota Wright on the ground near the river bank.

A Newark man is taken by MedFlight to Grant Medical Center in Columbus after an accident on Marne Road.

It happened around seven p.m. about a mile east of State Route 146.

Trooper Bryan Lee says 44-year-old Darren Davis was traveling east when he went off the right side of the road before coming back onto the roadway. He says Davis proceeded to overcorrect, go off the right side of the road again, struck a post, and overturn the pick-up truck onto its left side.

A 16-year-old Conesville girl remains hospitalized after an accident Thursday.

It happened around six p.m. on County Road 271.

The Coshocton County Sheriff's Office says Shelby Babcock was traveling south when she lost control of her car and crashed.

Babcock was taken by MedFlight to Grant Medical Center in Columbus. A hospital spokesperson says her condition is not known at this time but she is still listed as a patient at the facility.

A car versus motorcycle accident causes minor damage to the car.

It happened about 5:45 p.m. at the intersection of Brighton Boulevard and Pershing Road just in front of the Muskingum County Fairgrounds.

No one was injured in the accident.

Zanesville Police are still investigating.

Two people are taken to the hospital after an accident at the intersection of Sixth and Main Streets.

It happened around 12:45 p.m.

Zanesville Police Patrolman Gary Schaumleffel says the van was attempting to make a left turn from Main Street onto Sixth Street when it struck a red truck going north on Sixth Street.

The passenger and driver of the truck were both transported to Good Samaritan Hospital with what ZPD is calling minor injuries.

The Zanesville Police Department says up to six people were taken to Good Samaritan Hospital after a two car accident.

It happened around 5:45 p.m. in an alley between Pine and Sevall Streets.

Lieutenant Tony Coury says the Buick was traveling south in the ally when it struck the Saturn in the driver's side that was traveling east in the ally. He says there was major damage to both cars and up to six people were transported with non life-threatening injuries.
