Former Tri-Valley and Akron standout Hanna Luburgh announced Monday that she has will continue her basketball career overseas.

The shooting guard signed with AZS-UMCS Lublin, which is based in Lublin, Poland. Two fellow Americans will join her on the team: former Penn State point guard Dara Taylor and former Iowa State Cyclone Chelsea Poppens.

Luburgh recently wrapped up a fantastic senior season with the Akron Lady Zips, leading the team to its first NCAA tournament appearance...

Michigan State 10 - Ohio State 7

Zanesville native and Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio can finally say he's beaten Ohio State.  In four previous attempts, the former Buckeye defensive coordinator was unable to pick up a victory.

Saturday, in the Horseshoe, his Spartans were the better team.  Michigan State recorded 9 sacks, completely shutting down Ohio State's offense on the way to a 10-7 win in each team's Big Ten opener.

Most letters of intent have been signed and many athletes have known where they were going to play college football for quite awhile now. As for Clay Cameron he decided on his future this week.
