Remnants of Tropical Storm Bill that are pummeling the South and the Midwest will be hitting the Southeastern Ohio region this weekend, causing flooding concerns.

Second graders at Perry Elementary School distributed comfort kits to the American Red Cross Tuesday.

For Harmonie Adams, it all started with a biography project. "The idea came from Clara Barton when I had my presentation on her and I thought... she started the Red Cross," Adams said. The American Red Cross is launching a program in Ohio to teach people life-saving techniques.
