The owner of a Zanesville nursing home is fighting back after being singled out by the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. After spending 53 months on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services "special focus facilities" list and receiving complaints from families of patients living at Autumn Healthcare's Zanesville location, the Ohio Attorney General's office installed security cameras in the facility to figure out what was going on.

A husband and wife remain optimistic for their future despite recent health struggles.

Gwen and Jim Young have been married for 68 years, and it wasn't until this past year when Gwen turned 90 and Jim turned 92, that they began to see decreases in their health. In February, Jim suffered a stroke that slightly paralyzed his right side and in October, Gwen discovered a vascular ulcer that would not heal in her leg and she had it amputated...but it hasn't stopped them from living a normal...

One local resident is celebrating a milestone.

Virginia Bunting celebrated her 100th birthday with her 93 year old sister Ada and daughter Beverley at Autumn Healthcare in Zanesville.

She celebrated among family and friends on Saturday. Virginia says it was wonderful to be surrounded by so many friends and family on her birthday.

"Had almost a hundred people there, friends and relatives," said Virginia.

A local health care center is helping to raise money for a woman who was severely injured in a car crash last month.

30 year old Erika Fleming is suffering from life threatening injuries after she was involved in a crash on Maple Avenue March 19th. Fleming worked at Autumn Health Care as a nurse, and now, her place of employment is giving back.
