The Portersville East Branch Water Company is issuing a boil alert for customers in the Corning area.

The following areas are affected:

  • Twp. Road 462
  • Twp. Road 463
  • Twp. Road 291
  • Twp. Road 292
  • Twp. Road 293
  • County Road 50

Customers in this area should boil their water vigorously for 2 minutes before drinking or cooking-eating.

The boil alert is in effect until further notice.

The Crooksville Water Office says the boil alert has been lifted for Bell Street, North State Street, Delaware Drive, Mohican Drive, Old State Road, and Possum Hollow.

Officials in the Village of Crooksville have announced a boil alert.

The following areas are affected:  Bell St., North State St., Delaware Dr., Mohican Dr., Old State Rd and Possum Hollow Road.

Some residents in Perry County are under a boil alert due to a water main break.

Northern Perry County Water announced Monday that customers on the following roads in Perry County are affected:

  • Mainesville
  • St. Rt. 37 East
  • St. Rt 668 North
  • Twp. Rd. 143
  • Old Somerset
  • Twp. Rd. 124 &126
  • Greenbranch, Palmer, Clark, Holden Dr.
  • Twp. Rd. 173

The Crooksville Water Department has ordered a boil alert for Vaughn and McKeever Streets until further notice.

The Southern Perry County Water District has ordered a boil alert for all customers in Millertown. This includes Township Road 331 and Millertown Road. Due to a road slip, the district had to temporarily shut off water service to the area. It will be off either Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning and once water is restored it will be necessary to boil your water until further notice.
