Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest in a breaking and entering and theft at Newark High School.

The Newark Division of Police reports on the night of November 20, a man entered Newark High School and stole a set of keys, credit cards, and a checkbook out of the principal's office. The suspect fled the building after being spotted by a custodian.

 The Newark Police Department needs your help in solving a breaking and entering case.

Authorities report that between October 26-27 a suspect or suspects broke into the detached garage of a home on Oakwood Avenue and stole various tools.

The Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering an up to $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in this case.

The Zanesville Police place one person under arrest in connection to an early morning break-in and burglary.

Captain Tony Coury said that around 4:30 Monday morning a resident in the 500 block of Schwallie Avenue reported a stolen lawn mower. The resident was able to give a description of the suspect and vehicle.

Officers found the vehicle still in the area at the intersection of Schwallie and Sunrise.

Recovered at the scene was the lawn mower and multiple tools.
