Two companies from Licking and Knox Counties may soon see loans that will essentially boost business. The Development Financing Advisory Council is recommending about $10 million in loans for six statewide projects, and these funds are waiting for approval from the State Controlling Board.

One Southeastern Ohio county is getting a chunk of a $220,000 Microenterprise Business Development Program grant.

Morgan County will receive a total of $60,000. The Ohio Department of Development says that money will be used to help a local business, and 40 individuals will get both training and technical assistance. A local business is celebrating 110 years while giving back to the community.

The Anchor Glass Mould Shop in Zanesville gave community members the opportunity to see what they do.

A new business in Zanesville is officially open.

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held this morning at Dreamer's Motorsports, just off Maple Avenue. It's something that co-owners Kenny Atkins, Jennifer Agin, and Agin's husband say has been a long-time coming.

Zanesville Police say they have one man in custody after he drove his car into a local business. Lt.
