Four local teams were victorious on the diamond Friday.

In baseball, Cambridge edged Meadowbrook, 5-4. The Bobcats meet Dover in the district final next Wednesday.

The Muskingum Valley Health Centers are expanding to include the Cambridge area.

CEO Dan Atkinson said they will offer access to primary care for the adult population. He says they hope to be able to offer health services for children as well, and eventually expand to include behavioral health services for counseling, and dental services.  The Cambridge Lady Bobcats outscored the John Glenn Lady Muskies 12-5 in the 3rd quarter en route to a 38-34 victory in the DII sectional playoffs. The 'Cats play for the sectional crown this Saturday against Edison at 3 p.m.

The Cambridge Police Department says a woman is dead after she was shot in an apparent domestic dispute.

She is identified as 29-year-old Amy Wilson of Cambridge.

Chief Randy LePage says just before 11:30p.m. Tuesday night Wilson called 911 from her home at 536 Madison Avenue. She said that a man was in her home and was going to shoot her. Wilson was able to identify the suspect during the call. A second 911 call was received shortly after from Wilson's 11-year-old child...

Each year, the Courthouse in Downtown Cambridge puts on a sparkling holiday display for area residents.

Saturday night, the lights made their seasonal debut to the public. According to the Dickens Victorian Village website, the light display includes 30,000 different lights that are timed by 364 electrical circuits. Christmas music plays beneath the lights. We spoke to Jim Chugg who has been attending the display for about 6 years now and he told us his favorite aspect of the display...

The Thanksgiving Holiday has come and gone and now Cambridge residents are getting in the Christmas spirit.

The annual Christmas Parade was held in Downtown Cambridge at 5PM Saturday. Hundreds of community members came out to watch floats decorated in Christmas lights pass down the city's Main Street. We talked to Marilyn Metzger, a first time parade attendee who was very pleased with the celebration.
