History buffs took a sail back in time down the Mighty Muskingum today.

The Zanesville-Muskingum County Convention and Visitors Bureau Hosted its 2nd annual Lorena Sternwheeler Civil War Reenactment. The Lorena made its way down the Muskingum at 10:00, 12:00, 2:00 and 4:00. While confederate troops stationed on the riverbed opened fire on the union held sternwheeler. To remember the sacrifice of American soldiers. . .A Civil War Reenactment took place in Zanesville this Weekend.
