Each year, the Courthouse in Downtown Cambridge puts on a sparkling holiday display for area residents.

Saturday night, the lights made their seasonal debut to the public. According to the Dickens Victorian Village website, the light display includes 30,000 different lights that are timed by 364 electrical circuits. Christmas music plays beneath the lights. Some area tea party members will be rallying on the original tax day, April 15th.

The Zanesville Patriots will be hosting the 3rd Annual "We the People" Tea Party Rally this Friday. State Representative Troy Balderson, Senator Jimmy Stewart, and Muskingum County Commissioner Jim Porter will be among those speaking.

In coordination with the city's celebration, the Zanesville Memorial Concert Band entertained community members with music to go along with the holiday.

In front of the courthouse, the band played tunes that struck a note with many in the audience.
