UPDATE: The Coshocton County Sheriff's Department has identified and released the name of a man killed in a motorcycle accident. 

Dale R. Hawkins, 63-years-old of Newcomerstown area died of his injuries at the OSU Medical Center following an accident where he was not wearing a helment.

The Granville Post of the State Highway Patrol is currently investigating a motorcycle accident that resulted in the death of 73-year-old Richard H. Webster of Johnstown Saturday evening.

One person was killed and another injured in a motorcycle accident Monday afternoon on State Route 93 in Coshocton County.

According to the Coshocton County Sheriff's Office, at around 2:30 Monday, the driver, 47-year-old Brad Yoder lost control of his motorcycle. He was transported by Med-Flight to Akron General Hospital. His passenger, 37-year-old April Yoder was pronounced dead at the scene. Both were from Killbuck.

The Muskingum County Sheriff's Office confirms a fatal motorcycle accident on State Route 60 Sunday night.

The road was closed between Fulton Lane & Airy View Drive, but has since reopened.

A Zanesville man was sentenced Monday in connection with a fatal motorcycle accident last year.

21-year-old Zachary Tigner appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court where he received a 30 month prison term and a five year license suspension.
