For some the holidays can feel like a lonely time of year, leaving you with a bad case of the holiday blues.

On Monday, a truck-load of 17 steel beams for the future natatorium made their way from Columbus to Zanesville. The massive beams were welded onto the recreation center and the executive director, Beth Chapman, says Monday was an important day for the community.
"We've really planned very hard for four years for this aquatic facility to be built and it's coming into full motion and today's a big day. We're placing the steel on the natatorium," said Chapman.
Keeping physically fit while pregnant is important to expectant mothers and their unborn children.
"Pregnant women definitely should be exercising during their pregnancy. It alleviates a lot of the discomforts associated with the pregnancy, it increases their immune system, just overall gives them an improved self-confidence," says Julie Bay, exercise physiologist.
Obstetrician Dr. Robert Aepli agrees saying women just need to be careful.
