A three story home just outside of Frazeysburg is considered a total loss after a fire earlier Sunday evening.

The call originally came in as smoke showing from a building at 95 Chestnut Street in the Village of Dresden at around 11 p.m. Tuesday night. When crews arrived shortly after, flames were shooting out through the roof and windows of the building.

A home in Coshocton County is destroyed after a fire Friday evening.
According to Dresden Fire Chief Carl Archer the fire broke out around 7 p.m. at 18534 County Road 18. Archer says the home was fully engulfed when they arrived on the scene. No one was home when the fire broke out.
Frazeysburg and Dresden Fire Departments were called to the scene.
They are currently unsure of where in the home the fire started or how. It remains under investigation.

Fire Chief David Smith says he filed a report with the Muskingum County Sheriff's Office Monday night after several residents told him they were called and asked for donations to help the fire department.
