A new month means it is time for the First Friday art walk in Zanesville.

This month Z.A.A.P. is featuring Connie Lambert and her photography. In Z.A.A.P.'s newsletter Lambert writes she enjoys finding beauty in everyday things. Whether it be animals cars or buildings she captures all in her photographs, and when necessary she enhances the color of her photos.

"That enhances her work and makes it more appealing to the average person's eye, so as you go around the room you...

"I paint everyday. And I try to fashion my work from the local area as far as the Amish are concerned in some of my fall scenes," said Graham.

You can see plenty of May's flowers on display in art work at the monthly First Friday Artwalk.

This month's featured artist is Gary Graham, who specializes in pottery and acrylic painting.

"I've done a lot of oil paintings and portrait work, which was not quite what I was interested in and then once I got through that, I picked up the acrylic which was not popular then as it is today," he said. "Now all that I do is acrylic."
