 The Coburn United Methodist Church teamed up with good will today to help the community get a little more green.

Local residents were invited to drop their recyclable items at the church parking lot from nine until noon.  First Pastor at Coburn First United Dennis Baker said they hope the community delivers as much recyclables as they have in past years.

"We've had as high as 13,000 pounds of material in previous years so we'll take as much as we can get,"...

A local church went green on Saturday in hopes of saving our environment one drop off at a time.

Members of Coburn United Methodist Church met this morning to host their sixth annual Go Green Recycle Event. Visitors were able to drive through the church parking lot on Maple Avenue. and drop off their unwanted items.

" A lot of computers have been coming in and there is small appliances, card board and a little bit of everything, " said Dennis Baker, Lead Pastor....

A Zanesville church is working to make the Y-city a little "greener"...

Coburn United Methodist hosted "Go Green Collection Day" Saturday afternoon. The church partnered with Good Will to recycle items so they can be used by others.

"We take cardboard, paper, small appliances, computer equipment, metals, and plastics... And they're just bringing it all," said Senior Pastor Dennis Baker.

Coburn has held the Collection Day since 2007. Saturday...
