Zanesville City Schools are wrapping up the 2012-2013 school year this week by cleaning classrooms, returning text books, participating in field days or taking finals,

This Friday is the last day of classes for all schools, with the exception of Zane Grey Elementary, which will continue until next Tuesday due to a water main break the school had this year.

The 41st Annual Commencement for Zane State College featured a record number of graduates.

377 students walked across the stage today. Mayor, Butch Zwelling, was in attendance and said, more people than ever are going back to school.

About 240 students entered the Jack Anderson Stadium today as seniors...and left as alumni.

The Tri-Valley High School graduation brought in quite a crowd this afternoon to celebrate the school's 45th commencement. Principal, Jim Pottmeyer, said the group is a wonderful representation of what the school is about.

This afternoon marked the graduation of 22 students from Rosecrans High School.

This years class will be Jennifer Mallets first class to graduate under her new position as the school's principal. She said, the students are the greatest asset to her job and not only bring joy to her, but to the faculty and the community.

The Zanesville Senior Class of 2010 will not just be remembered for their amazing accomplishments in academics, extra-curricular activities, and sports.

They are the last class to graduate from the old high school, which added a special touch to tonight's commencement ceremony.

Forever Dads and the Nuturing Fathers for Life Alumni Association are recognizing one group of men who are attempting to become better fathers.

The seven men graduated from the 13 week program this afternoon. Executive Director, Burl Lemon, says it's a step forward for the families, especially the children.

"When we begin to realize seven out of 10 children whose parents are incarcerated, they will follow those paths, we need to reverse that cycle, " says Lemon.

Another 20 students are now proud graduates of the Leadership Muskingum Program.

Today all 20 graduates were honored at a ceremony recognizing their hard work and efforts throughout the nine-month program.

Students at the Ohio University Zanesville Campus, donned their graduation hats and received their certificates Thursday. But they are not your average students.

130 senior citizens are graduating from a "Cyber Senior" program sponsored by Zyandex. The program taught seniors the basics of computers, cell phones and the Internet.
