A Logan man enters a plea in court in connection to a high speed chase through Muskingum County. 

39-year-old Reggie L. Foster plead not guilty to a charge of failure to comply in front of Judge Mark Fleegle, on Wednesday. 

Fleegle continued his bond at $200,000.

Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz says the man arrested in connection with a high speed chase this week has been identified. The Muskingum County Sheriff's Office said one person was placed under arrest following a high-speed chase that ended in Licking County. 

Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz reported that shortly before 9pm an off duty Zanesville Police Officer spotted a vehicle that was associated with a known felony warrant out of Hocking County on State Route 146 near Dillon State Park.

A high speed pursuit through two counties ends with one person being transported to the hospital.

Muskingum County Sheriff's Deputies said it began around midnight Thursday when they were attempting to stop a 2002 Toyota on State Route 40 east of Zanesville for a traffic offense.

A 27-year-old Moundsville woman is in the Guernsey County Jail after leading Cambridge Highway Patrol Troopers on a high speed chase that ended in New Concord.  Lt. A Zanesville man will serve two years in prison for charges stemming from a high-speed chase.

According to the Zanesville Post of the State Highway Patrol, a trooper attempted to pull 25-year-old Harold Small Junior over on Interstate 70 near the Adamsville exit on August 24, 2010.

A Zanesville man who led authorities on a high-speed chase in September pleads guilty in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court.

38-year-old Keith Stevens faces charges of vandalism, failure to comply, resisting arrest, theft of a vehicle, and theft of less than $500.

The Zanesville Police Department indicates Stevens stole a van, smashed through a fence at AK Steel, sped down a local street, and then crashed into a pole. He then tried to flee on foot before officers tased him.

A 24-year-old Zanesville man involved in Tuesday's high speed chase is charged.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol met with the Muskingum County Prosecutor's Office for a grand jury conference.
