Fire crews responded to the report of a large structure fire at 744 Troon Crossing.

The call for the blaze came in at 7:15 Tuesday evening. We spoke to Washington Township Fire Department Chief Gene Hanning who said the fire was very involved upon arrival at the scene. A house fire was reported at 2420 Crew Avenue Wednesday evening.

The call for the fire was received just before 6:45 p.m. Deputy Fire Chief of the Zanesville Fire Department Eric Waltemire described to us what happened.

"Upon arrival on the scene, we had smoke showing from the house. The crew made entry from the rear and had a pretty quick knock down on it."

Fire crews responded to a house fire at 7720 Baker Road shortly after 12:30 p.m. Friday.

Mary Greenfield, who rents the home along with her husband, was in the house when it caught on fire.  She said she was taking a nap after working Black Friday at Kohl's, when one of her dogs, Bailey, tugged on her to wake her up.  She was then able to make it out of the home unharmed, as was the case with her six dogs.  Her husband was not home at the time.  A cat in the home...

A house fire occurred at 351 Mead Street Friday evening.

The call for the blaze came just before 11PM Friday night. Zanesville Fire Department responded to the scene and was able to extinguish the fire, but had to return Saturday morning for a re-kindling in the front wall. A house fire at 317 Brighton Boulevard broke out this evening.

The Zanesville Fire Department and Genesis EMS responded at approximately 9PM. A mother and her 7 year old daughter were home at the time, both escaped unharmed. A Zanesville home was damaged by fire early Monday evening.

According to the Zanesville Fire Department at about 8:15 p.m. the fire was first reported at 603 Warwick Avenue. An Assistant Chief with the fire department says a family of five partially lives at the home but no one was there at the time of the fire.

Most of the damage was to the exterior, and neighboring homes were also slightly damaged. At this time there is no cause, and no indication of arson.

Harrison Township fire crews battled flames through the rain Sunday afternoon.

Around 5:00 p.m. the department responded to calls of a structure fire at 5626 Center Road south of Zanesville. The Zanesville Fire Department has been called to the scene of a house fire.  It happened around 1:30 Monday afternoon at 103 Amazon Hill which is off West Main Street.  Initial reports from the scene indicate heavy smoking coming from the structure.  Whiz News has a crew on the scene.

Several fire crews responded to a house fire near Nashport late Tuesdday afternoon.

According to Licking Township Fire Chief Matt Wheeler at around 5:30 p.m. crews were called to 5961 Pleasant Valley Road. Authorities say the fire started in the garage but it is under investigation by the State Fire Marshal's Office.

Two vechicles were damaged in the fire and Chief Miller says the home is considered a total loss.

A house fire at 5485 Pinecrest Drive in Zanesville destroys a portion of the residence.

According to Falls Township EMS Captain, Ted Norris the fire department responded to the scene and saw smoke and flames coming from the south end of the home.
