The Muskies have had two iconic shots so far in the Division II State Tournament, both coming from senior sensation Jake Heagen: a game winning three pointer to beat Carrollton, and a thunderous dunk to secure a win over Chillicothe. Now, on the eve of the regional final, Heagen and John Glenn are taking a shot at a place the Muskies have never been. Jeremy Rauch has more.

It took them 27 years but John Glenn finally earned a victory in the regional tournament. The Muskies who had just bounced #2 Carrollton shocked the world again by ending #6 Chillicothe's season. The Muskies got an outstanding offensive performance from Jake Heagen, and they also played well on the defensive end to hold the Cavaliers to a season low 12-point first half. The Muskies will now move on and face Bishop Hartley for the Regional Championship on Saturday back at the Convo.
