NEW LEXINGTON, OHIO- Kicking off the “K-9 Party in the Park” will be a 5-K Walk/Run in the New Lexington Park. Registration for the event begins at 8 a.m. and the event starts afterwards at 9 a.m. Registration is $25.

ZANESVILLE, Ohio - Friday, Green Valley Golf Course hosted their second annual golf scramble to raise funds to the Zanesville Police Department’s K-9 Unit. The K-9 Unit is funded entirely by donations and fundraisers like Friday’s. No city money is allocated for the police dogs. It's time to get your pups ready for the second annual "Dog Day" this weekend.

Gallery 'G' is inviting the public and their pets to North Valley Bank this Saturday for a day of art-filled fun. Local artists from across the community will be showcasing their artwork for sale, and several dogs from the Muskingum County Animal Shelter will be up for adoption.

The City of Zanesville is hosting a fundraiser for our four legged members of the Zanesville Police Department.

The first ever golf outing will be taking place at Green Valley Golf Course on Dresden Road, Saturday, June 27. Shotgun start is at 9AM. The cost is $40 a person and $160 a team. You can also sponsor holes on the course. Safety Director of Zanesville, Fred Buck told us more.

What was supposed to be a fun filled hunting trip turned turned into a nightmare for one man when he got lost in the woods.

Timothy Miller and his brother- in- law, Scott decided to take the two and half hour drive from Cleveland to Coshocton to hunt deer on Sunday evening, when Scott became tired, Miller decided to stay in the woods and hunt a little bit longer.
