Elementary students in four counties learn about classical music through listening to a concert. 

The Southeastern Ohio Symphony Orchestra's Alato Trio traveled to schools in Noble, Coshocton, Guernsey and Muskingum Counties. Along the way, violinist Laura Schumann, said they're playing for around 3,000 students. She said it's thrill to see the students get excited for classical music.

Some area students learned an important lesson on negative effects of bullying with the help of music.

The Southeastern Ohio Symphony Orchestra had a concert for fifth graders at the Secrest Auditorium on Monday . Their mission was to educate children about the harms of bullying. They were introduced to different music from Michael Jackson to Phantom of the Opera. The children came from all over southeastern Ohio to be a part of this event.
