The Granville Post of the State Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle fatal crash.
It happened around 11 a.m. on Sunday on S.R. 37 north of U.S. 40 in Licking County.
Authorities report that 79-year-old Phyllis Phillips of Millersport was traveling southbound in a 2001 Olds Mobile Alero on S.R. 37 when she lost control on the snow covered roadway going left of center striking 40-year-old David McBride of Hebron, who was traveling northbound in a 2010 Ford Escape....
The State Highway Patrol said a driver is in serious but stable condition after an accident on State Route 37 in Licking County.
Troopers said the accident happened just south of Deeds Road around 3:30 Sunday afternoon.
A dispatcher with the Granville Post said 53-year-old Dennis Hoffman of Heath was traveling on State Route 37 when he veered into the path of a semi truck driven by 62-year-old Charles Wilson of Springfield.

The number of people killed in fatal crashes in one local county is up. The Licking County Safe Communities program says there are 18 reported deaths so far this year, compared to 13 this time last year.
The National Highway Safety Administration indicates each of these deaths equates to a loss of $3.4 million for the county. That means Licking County has lost a total of about $61 million in lost life years and productivity.
Licking County announces a new dog warden for Licking County.
Current Licking County Animal Control Officer manager John Silva takes over the position October 1, 2010. Commissioners said that the hiring of Silva will allow the county to conserve resources and focus on developing international assets.
Silva brings over 32 years in animal control and leadership experience along with more than 19 years as Chief Dog Warden in Cuyahoga County.
The Licking County Sheriff's Office says deputies are looking for a suspect involved in a home invasion.
It happened a little after 7 p.m. in the vicinity of Mount Hope and Laurel Hill Roads. Not many details are being released yet, but the Perry County Sheriff's Office and the Granville Post of the State Highway Patrol say they were called to assist in the incident.
