OHSAA State Track & Field Championships

Sheridan senior Matt Bromley ended his high school running career on the top of the podium. 

Bromley captured gold in the 3200, winning with a time of 9:32.

Cambridge Bobcat Erik Snell also brought home a state title in the 110 yard hurdles with a time of 14:40.

Sheridan has had one of the best cross country seasons of anyone in the MVL and the area and today one of their own earned the ultimate prize. Senior Matt Bromley who has won the District and Regional Race capped off the trifecta winning the State Meet's race today.

The second day of the Ohio State Track Meet always presents some surprises and today was no different. Athletes who were favored to place did not and others seemingly came out of no where to claim All-Ohio honors.

It took the best runners to run their best races at the right time for the Sheridan Boys and John Glenn Girls to win the MVL Track Meet. But it was two indviduals for each side that shined the brightest on the league's biggest stage.
