Muskingum County Board of Elections Director,Chris Hamill, says her office has received a large amount of filings for the May 6 primary.

Muskingum County Board of Elections Director, Chris Hamill, says those interested in running in the May 6 primary, need to get their papers into the board of elections by Feb. 5. Interested candidates can pick up petition forms up at their Seventh Street location.

After seven failed levies, The West Muskingum School District passed their levy this evening by 713 votes.

The May Primary is Tuesday and some registered voters will be heading to the polls.In Muskingum County it's being called a special election featuring just three issues.

The May primary is one week from Tuesday. In Muskingum County it's being called a special election featuring just three issues.

On May 7th, the election will take place. Board of Election Director, Chris Hamill say only certain people will vote next Tuesday.

The May Primary is a week away, and the Muskingum County Board of Elections is making all the necessary preparations before the big day.

You can begin voting in this year's May Primary Election.

It's the first day for absentee ballots.

"You can actually call our office and request an application for an absentee ballot, and we'll gladly mail that out to you. You can go on our Website. Thursday was the filing deadline for the May 4, 2010 primary.
