Applications are coming due for the Muskingum County Community Foundation's Spring grant competition.

Non-profit organizations dealing with the arts, education or recreation are eligible to apply for the grant. Foundation CEO Brian Wagner said several thousand dollars will be given out.

The holiday season brings many things, and the Muskingum County Community Foundation is striving to get applications for scholarships.

Each year the Community Foundation offers a variety of scholarships to seniors in high school. The Muskingum County Community Foundation has a new Chief Executive Officer and it’s someone you already know. Scholarship Central at the Muskingum County Community Foundation has their own "March Madness" going on this week.

Next Tuesday, April 1st is the deadline for those students wishing to apply for scholarship opportunities. The MCCF has extended their hours from 4 to 7 PM for this Wednesday and Thursday, as well as next Monday and Tuesday. No appointments necessary.
