 ZANESVILLE, Ohio- The $449 million Mega Millions Jackpot is the largest jackpot since late 2013.  Not to be overlooked, the Powerball jackpot is now worth $313 million.

The Mega Millions cash option is an estimated $313 million, while the Powerball's is $179.7 million.

Drawings for the Mega Millions is Tuesday night at 11 p.m. and Wednesday night at 11 p.m. for the Powerball.

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- Drawings for the Mega Millions jackpot will be Tuesday, June 21st, at 11 p.m.  

The jackpot is an estimated $333 million ($226 million cash), the largest prize offered in the game since March 18th, 2014, when two tickets hit and split the $414 million jackpot.

The cost per ticket is only $1.

The Mega Millions lottery drawing is Tuesday night with the prize around $556,000,000.

Monday at Mother Tucker's Carry Out on Sharon Avenue, Gene Davis says that he bought five tickets hoping to win big and he told us how he would like to use the money.

"What would I do with it? I would use it to pay off my bills and retire how does that sound, " said Davis.

"Lotto-Fever" hit the Y-Bridge City Friday as Mega Millions players rushed to get their hands on a winning ticket.

The record jackpot rose Friday afternoon to $640 million dollars.

It's the biggest jackpot for any lottery.  Mega Millions broke a new record of $540 million on Thursday.

Jim Pitcock has already sold more than 1,000 tickets so far at the Mother Tucker's gas station on Sharon Avenue in Zanesville.

The Ohio Lottery announced Friday that a resident of Utica has won $250,000 in the April 8 Mega Millions' drawing.

William Broseus used auto lotto and matched five numbers and no mega ball to win the prize.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31%, Broseus will receive a check for $172,500.

He purchased the ticket from Deo Drive Duchess on Mount Vernon Road in Newark.

The winning numbers were 6,40,45,50 and 56. The mega ball number was 11.

The Mega Millions jackpot is reaching Mega heights. It's up to $312 Million.

Mother Tuckers on Sharon Avenue has seen an increase in ticket sales.

"On average probably about 50 or more. I mean just depends on who comes in. We have had people buy them by the 100s. So, every time it gets to be a big jack pot they buy a lot so," said Bill Pratt.

 While the two winning tickets of the Mega Millions Jackpot were sold in Washington and Idaho, back here in Southeast Ohio, the small town of New Lexington had a big payout.

Jack Jones of New Lexington claimed his $250,000 dollar prize for matching the winning numbers 4-8-15-25-47. After taxes he will receive a check for $172,500. Jones used auto pick to select his numbers and only missed the Mega Ball.  He bought his ticket at  Woolfes Huff...

A New Lexington convenient store proved to be very lucky for two people.

Woolfe's Huff & Puff had two tickets match five numbers in Tuesday's Mega Millions drawing. The store ended up with two winning $250,000 tickets because clerk Naomi Mauller accidentally ordered a ticket for a customer with no Kicker.

"You can't cancel the Mega tickets and I didn't want to leave the store short so I paid the two dollars and I won $250,000 and if I see that guy I owe him a big...
