A Duncan Falls man enters a plea in connection to an armed robbery that occurred at the Duke and Duchess on Adamsville Road. 

33-year-old Clint McLean entered a not guilty plea in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court.

MUSKINGUM COUNTY, OHIO (WHIZ) - 24-year-old Heather Bowers was in court Wednesday and entered a not guilty plea to two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, four counts of aggravated vehicular assault, and two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence. The Former assistant fire chief of the Washington Township Volunteer Fire Department was arraigned in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Monday morning. 

Adam Siddle faces a combined 16 counts of theft, telecommunications fraud, forgery and money laundering. The charges stem from a six month investigation, and all together, Siddle is charged with the theft of nearly $1 million. One of the most brutal cases in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court, is scheduled to begin Tuesday morning at 9 a.m. before Judge Kelly Cottrill.

The panel of jurors has been selected for 34-year-old LaFonse Dixon, the man accused in the gruesome murder of 29-year-old Celeste Fronsman of Canton, Ohio. On August 26th 2012, a driver found Fronsman on State Route 208 near Adamsville, she was covered in burns and had a strap around her neck. She died from her injuries two days later.

An appeal by Muskingum County Prosecutors Office to not retry a woman convicted of drowning her two young sons is denied by the Ohio Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court sided with an appeals court to allow the retrial of 27-year-old Kasey Klein. The State Appeals Court ruled in January that the Muskingum County Common Pleas Court wrongly denied a defense effort to have Kasey and her husband Richard Klein Junior's case tried separately.

A Zanesville man is sentenced to three years in prison for sex charges.

Monday in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark Fleegle handed down the sentence to 49-year-old David Dicks for two charges of gross sexual imposition.

A jury found Dicks guilty of the charges in August. The offenses occurred in 2003 and 2004.

Judge Fleegle also ordered Dicks to be classified as a Sexually Oriented Offender.

A Zanesville man pleads guilty to rape and kidnapping.

Monday in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court 44-year-old James Rhodman admitted to both charges. The incident happened in June of this year.

Judge Kelly Cottrill classified Rhodman as a Tier III sex offender, which means he must register every 90 days for life. Judge Cottrill also ordered a pre-sentence investigation. Bond is continued at $500,000.

A Dresden man appeared in court Wednesday on sex charges.

32-year-old Matthew Gross pled not guilty to two counts of first-degree felony rape in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court.

According to court records, the alleged incident occurred in June of this year.

Judge Kelly Cottrill continued Gross' bond at $50,000.
