The Muskingum County Commissioners opened bids for a fair grounds renovation project Thursday.

 One local camping organization is skipping the use of Muskingum County Fairgrounds this year.

Many came out to walk in hopes to better the conditions of the Veterans building at the Muskingum County Fairgrounds.

A group of Clover buds got up close and personal with public safety officials today.

The Cover bud 4-H day camp was hosted at the Muskingum County Fairgrounds. Kids that completed Kindergarten through the second grade this year learned all about what it's like to work in the local police, fire, and EMT departments.

On March 5th Muskingum County Dog Warden, Bryan Catlin, and representatives from the animal shelter met with the Muskingum County Commissioners after multiple dogs at the pound contracted Distemper.

Thursday, County Commissioner Jerry Lavy gave update on the situation. Lavy said starting Monday, March 16, the dogs housed at the pound were moved to the Muskingum County Fairground to begin a 30 day quarantine.
