A new Ohio law may change the reputation of one animal breed...

Governor Kasich signed a bill this week which states that pitbulls will no longer be classified as "vicious" dogs. Executive Director of the Animal Shelter in Muskingum County Larry Hostetler said he's pleased with the new law, because pitbulls are just misunderstood.

Starting today there are some big changes when it comes to your credit cards.

The Credit Card Accountability, Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009, or CARD, is fully implemented today.
