Richard Klein, his wife Kasey and their two boys, Ayden and Anthony went on a camping trip the night of June 3, 2011 and pitched their tent just 24 feet away from the Muskingum River. When they awoke the next morning, the body of 3-year-old Ayden was floating in the river and two-year-old Anthony has never been found.

A Sonora man plead not guilty to 48 sex-related charges.

40-year-old James C. Emmons, Jr. appeared before Judge Kelly Cottrill in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday for his arraignment hearing. Emmons plead not guilty to a variety of charges including gross sexual imposition, rape, attempted rape, and sexual battery.

The procecutor's office says the incidents began in February of 2005 with a victim who was nine-years-old and continued until November of 2010.

A former Muskingum County Most Wanted Suspect makes her plea in front of Judge Kelly Cottrill this morning. 26-year-old Holly Erin Stanley of Cambridge appeared in court and pled not guilty to two aggravated arson charges. Her bond was continued at $200,000.

The Prosecutor's Office says Stanley was arrested for her involvement in a fire at 1655 Newark Road in Zanesville on March 23rd, 2009.

A Zanesville man pleads not guilty to charges surrounding a stabbing in Washington Township a week ago.

40-year-old Brian Wilson appeared before Muskingum County Common Pleas Judge Kelly Cottrill on two counts of felonious assault and one count of domestic violence. His bond was continued at $50,000.

Another Zanesville man appears in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court on a felony, burglary count. 49-year-old Charles Hamilton pled not guilty and his bond was continued at $100,000.

The Zanesville Police Departmet arrested Hamilton on June 24th after officers say he went through several parked cars in the downtown area and took a lawn mower.

A Fairfield County man pleads not guilty to a felony charge of illegally manufacturing drugs.

Kevin nye was arraigned in court yesterday. The judge continued Nye's bond at 200 thousand dollars with a 50 thousand dollar recognizance bond.

He was arrested Friday night for allegedly running a meth lab out of his home.

A preliminary hearing has been set for May 27th.
