The Ohio Elections Commission is dismissing two Zanesville complaints, concerning American Pride Power Equipment and Zanesville City Council candidates.

The Ohio Elections Commission issues a ruling concerning a recent television ad paid for by US Congressman Zack Space's campaign committee.

The commission said that the ad contained false statements meant to obscure the record of opponent Bob Gibbs.

Gibbs' campaign said that Space lied in the ad to hide the truth that unemployment in the 18th District has doubled since he took office and that he continues to vote for job killing legislation like the Cap and Trade National Energy...

The Ohio Elections Commission will hold a hearing Wednesday morning at 10, concerning two complaints filed out of Zanesville.

Executive Director, Phillip Richter, says the first complaint Stephanie Zullo and Jonathan Cronin filed is against Ryan Dodson and American Pride Power. It says that Dodson failed to file a 30-B-1 form. Richter says corporations are required to do so if they make contributions for a ballot issue campaign.

Zullo and Cronin also filed a second complaint...
