MUSKINGUM COUNTY, OHIO (WHIZ) -The Muskingum County Sheriffs office have publicly identified one of the two bodies found dead in a home just outside of Adamsville. The State Highway Patrol is investigating a two vehicle accident that happened on State Route 146 near Zane State College Tuesday morning.

Trooper Joshua Weaver says that 20-year-old Matthew Sheets was driving a red Chevy westbound on state route 146 shortly before 11:00 a.m. this morning when he went left of center hitting 16-year-old Paige Roe. Roe tried to swerve to miss sheets car but was hit head on. Trooper Weaver says sheets could be looking at multiple charges.

A woman suffered injuries after her car careened into an embankment on Linden Avenue at around 6:30 Thursday evening.

The Zanesville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol says that the woman was traveling towards Zanesville going southbound when she struck a mini van and lost control of her vehicle. The victim was alone at the time of the accident.

A car accident in Granville Township in Licking County has left one man dead.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, around 5:30 this evening, 44 year old Randle O'Bryan of Newark, was traveling eastbound on State Route 16, west of Cherry Valley Road, on his motorcycle, when 29 year old Anthony Krebs of Columbus failed to maintain assured clear distance and struck O'Bryan from behind.
