A Zanesville man facing his seventh OVI appears in Muskingum Common Pleas Court on Monday.
Judge Mark Fleegle sentenced 40-year-old Scott Mautz to thirty months in prison on one count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a second count was dropped at sentencing.
He also will have his driver's license suspended for life and pay a mandatory fine. He will undergo drug and alcohol treatment while in prison.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol said they've charged a Zanesville man with operating a vehicle under the influence for the fifth time.
The patrol said 52-year-old Timothy J. Wilson was arrested after he was stopped for a traffic violation on Friday at 2:14am in the City of Zanesville.
He's scheduled to appear in Zanesville Municipal Court on Wednesday, November 3 at 9:00am.
The Highway Patrol says excessive speed and prescription drug use are thought to be contributing factors in a single car accident Tuesday that knocked over a live electric pole, a mailbox and left one lucky driver with only minor injuries.
