The Coshocton County Sheriff's Office says a teen was struck by a vehicle Monday afternoon.

It happened at 3:49 p.m. at 29210 State Route 83 when a northbound vehicle driven by 41-year-old Brett Barton of Millersburg struck 13-year-old Randall Shepherd as he was crossing the road.

Shepherd was transported to Akron Kids Hospital by Med-Flight. His condition is not known at this time.  Assisting on the scene were Three Rivers Fire, Coshocton County EMS and React.

The Coshocton County Sheriff's Office is investigating an accident where a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle Monday afternoon.

At approximately 3:51 p.m. the sheriff's office received a 911 call of a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle in the 22000 block of State Route 751. A man is in critical condition, after being struck by a pick-up truck, around 8 Wednesday evening.

According to Ohio State Highway Patrol Sergeant Melanie Appleman, a 1995 red Chevy was traveling northwest on Pinkerton Lane, when it struck a pedestrian walking in the same direction. The driver of the truck, has initially reported to police, that the pedestrian was in roadway in dark clothing.

A 12-year-old sustained life-threatening injuries after she was struck by a vehicle on Maple Avenue Thursday evening.

According to Zanesville Police Officer Joel Tignor, the female along with another juvenile female, an adult female and adult male were attempting to cross Maple Avenue near Rally's around 6 p.m. this evening. They were standing in the median preparing to cross when the 12-year old bolted into the northbound lanes and was struck by a Ford Expedition.

A truck struck a pedestrian Monday afternoon sending one person to the hospital...
Just before 4pm, the Zanesville Police and Fire Departments responded to the call at the intersection of Maple and Forest Avenues. According to the Zanesville Police Department, a woman tried to cross Maple Avenue without using a designated cross walk, and was hit by a truck. The driver of the truck was not injured. The woman was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital with moderate injuries....

Two women are taken to the hospital after being struck by an SUV.

It happened around 9:15 Friday evening on West Main Street in Zanesville.

According to Officer Tom Porter with the Zanesville Police Department, the women appeared to be leaving the M.A.S.S. Bingo Hall when they used the crosswalk to cross West Main Street. Officer Porter says a female driver in a Jeep Liberty was traveling eastbound and struck the two women while they were in the crosswalk.
