Two men have been charged Thursday in connection with a pursuit involving police on Tuesday that resulted in a rollover crash near Zane State College.

A Zanesville man is in custody after leading officers on a chase through three counties Thursday night.

According to the Muskingum County Sheriff's Office, 35-year-old Kacey Weekley had been wanted on arrest warrants for failing to pay child support and falsification. Officials from three different law enforcement agencies take part in a chase ending in Duncan Falls. 

Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz said the incident started in South Zanesville during a traffic stop of a suspicious vehicle. The sheriff said when the black pickup truck failed to stop for police around 11:45 a.m.. authorities from his department joined in the pursuit.

A Blue Rock woman is apprehended after troopers say she was part of a police chase involving a stolen vehicle.

According to the Lancaster Post of the State Highway Patrol, a trooper attempted to stop a Chrysler Concord for a traffic violation around 11:30 Thursday afternoon in Fairfield County.

A 43-year-old Mount Perry man pled guilty Monday to leading authorities on a motorcycle chase.

According to the Zanesville Police Department, on June 5 officers attempted to pull Delmas Dingey over near the intersection of Underwood and Howard Streets. He refused to stop, leading police on a chase that reached speeds of up to 100 miles-per-hour.
Authorities day Dingey lost control near Bellview Drive and crashed the motorcycle, sending him to the hospital.

The Zanesville Police were led on a chase Friday afternoon.

According to Sgt. Chris Phipps, an off-duty police officer spotted a woman driving erratically around 4 p.m.

When officers attempted to pull the woman over on Taylor Street she fled.

Police pursued the woman until she crashed her car on Bethesda Drive near Bethesda Hospital and then fled on foot.

Phipps says officers caught the woman and she gave no reason as to why she ran.
