We have more details tonight concerning a major change at the Longaberger Company we first told you about Friday night.
Robin Crossman, who had been with the company for seven months, was let go sometime last week. Spokesman Tom Matthews says Chief Executive Officer, Tami Longaberger, made the decision. He say she was not satisfied with the performance of the company and those duties fall to the president.
Tami and a management team will now share those duties.
The Longaberger Company is in a time of transition.
The Newark Advocate is reporting that Company President Robin Crossman was let go earlier this week. Crossman was initially hired last fall. The Newark Advocate cites that the daughter of founder Dave Longaberger, Tami Longaberger, made the decision.
It says Crossman will make the sixth president the company has let go in seven years.
Here in Zanesville, people gathered to watch President Obama's State of the Union Address and discuss his first term in office.
