In the race for Noble County Commissioner Republican party Virgil Thompson defeated Ty Moore by thirty-five votes. Thompson will go on to face Democrat Kevin Walters in November.

Here are your Primary Election Results for Perry County.

Todd Shafer defeats Jeremy Seals 530 to 506. Shafer will face Davie Freriks in the November election.

The Village of New Lexington Proposed Charter Amendment passes 191 Yes votes to 110 No votes.

Southern Local Schools 4.5 Mills for five years failed by fifty-four votes.

The Village of Corning point 3 Mills for five years for cemetery Maintence and 5 Mills for five years for current expenses both passed...

For Coshocton county....

The issue for Joint Vocational School District 1mills for General Improvement won by a close 11 votes.

The Jefferson Township issue for 1.5 mills to put toward road improvements won 122 to 79 votes.

The Coshocton Street Levy for 2.4 mills for construction to repait streets, roads and bridges won 58% to 42%.

The West Lafayette issue for 4 mills towards general operating expenses for the police department lost...

Taking a look at the race for Licking County Commissioner, Republican Rick Black defeated Michael Fox and Doug Kanuckel and will face Democrat Mark VanBuren and Libertarian James Snedden Jr. in November.

In Perry County election results four people were elected for Crooksville Village Council,  winners include Jane Driggs, Christopher Mohler, Fredrick Redfren and Christopher Rice.


Somerset Village Council elected four individuals to serve  including Douglas Fehrman, Eric Huston, Michael Lally and David Snider.

The General Election results are now official.

To date, the unofficial results from November 2nd only included absentee ballots and votes from all the polling locations in Muskingum County, but the Board of Elections counted and added provisional ballots Tuesday morning. All of the winners in each race stayed the same.

"Basically it upped our totals. So there's no races or anything that way that's going to be an automatic recount, " says Executive Director, Chris Hamill...
